This innovative new formula answers the problem! Rutin and citrus bioflavanoids (known as Vitamin P) are the key ingredients for capillary strengthening. Contains additional ingredients for capillary strengthening suck as soy, wild yam and grape seed extract. Also, due to the importance of sun protection, there are UV-A and UV-B sunscreens (SPF#15), plus vitamin C to protect against free radicals; all in a skin texturizing moisturizer.

Great for all skin types; gentle enough for (most) Rosacea skin types.
