Hawaiian Seaplant extract (99% of formula) gives the skin an anionic -negative- charge to attract new fresh skin cells to the surface. Thus skin's outer layer is "plumped up" to lessen the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Also energizes skin response and improves skin tone.
